IRON FORK 2026 INTAKE FORM

We are excited to have you joining us for our 17th annual Iron Fork event! Please complete the intake form below by Monday, October 26. There are several fields in this form that will help us determine the best layout and load-in schedule for the event.

The Nashville Scene and Music City Food & Wine Festival will provide:

  • Two (2) 6ft tables

  • Two (2) linens courtesy of C&B Linens

  • Vendor sign

  • Access to a sink will be available

Restaurants are responsible for providing:

  • Samples for ~700 guests

  • Eco-friendly (recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable) disposables (untensils, sampling plates, toothpicks, etc.)

  • Ice - if you need ice for your space, please provide coolers to keep it cool.

  • Brochures, business cards, coupons and any other promotional materials you would like to distribute to attendees

  • Restaurant signage - please note that signs and banners may not be hung inside the venue. These must be free-standing

DO NOT BRING:

  • Outside alcohol of any kind

  • Glitter, balloons, confetti, etc.

  • Non eco-friendly disposables

  • Open flames

  • Stickers

  • Firearms or weapons of any kind
