When is mcfw?
We have events happening all week long as part of the MCFW fun.
Our Feast Supper to Savor event is on Friday April 25 and for Culinary Connoisseur pass holders only.
Our Grand Tasting is on Saturday April 26 and you must have a ticket to attend.
Our Food Faire Market is on Sunday April 27 and is free to attend!
Where does mCFW take place?
We will host events in Centennial Park (2500 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203) on Saturday and Sunday of our festival weekend. We will also have exciting events taking place in restaurants and bars across the city! Head to our EVENTS tab to learn more about the different happenings and to see the full event schedule.
Where do I enter the festival?
You can enter the festival at either Gate A (Located closest to the Parthenon) or Gate B (located closest to West End). No other entrances or exits are accessible to the festival area and you must have a ticket to enter the event on Saturday!
Where do I park?
Parking is available in Centennial Park and around its perimeter on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available on side streets surrounding the park. If you live nearby, we encourage you to walk or take public transportation to the park.
We encourage the use of ride share when possible, you'll be enjoying lots of wine and cocktails after all! The best place for ride-share drop off is in the parking lot by the Parthenon or at the entrance off 26th avenue.
Are all MCFW events 21+?
Saturday’s Grand Tasting is 21+. A Valid ID is required for admission to the festival on Saturday. If event security cannot verify your age, you will not be admitted to the event - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our SUNDAY FOOD FAIRE event is family friendly and is open to the public, family and pet friendly! Bring the kids, bring the pets and come snack and shop till you drop. All attendees interested in purchasing an alcoholic beverage on Sunday must present valid ID.
what if it rains?
Events at Centennial Park will happen rain or shine! All tickets are non-refundable. If severe weather is expected, any delays or changes to the festival schedule will be communicated on our website and on social media channels.
how much are tickets and what does it include?
MCFW will host a variety of events, some ticketed and some open to the public. To learn more about ticket pricing and what comes with your ticket, visit our TICKETS page to choose your culinary adventure!
Can I buy tickets at the door?
More than likely tickets to our events will sell out and we cannot guarantee tickets will still be available for Saturday’s Grand Tasting. Don’t delay - purchase them online now!
Sunday is free-to-attend and tickets are not required so you can show up on Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
What if i have special dietary needs?
MCFW chefs provide a variety of food offerings at our events, but our tasting tents are not able to accommodate any dietary needs or food allergies! Tasting tents will be labeled with what the food item is and feel free to ask our amazing chefs and restaurant staff if you have specific dietary concerns about any samplings.
Is there a dress code for the event?
Our Friday FEAST dinner will have a dress code recommendation emailed to all attendees in advance! Our Grand Tasting and Food Faire events do not have a specific dress code, though we recommend checking the weather before leaving the house as our events are outdoors! We recommend comfortable shoes, as most of our event is in grass.
what is mcfw?
Music City Food & Wine Festival is hosted in Nashville, TN at Centennial Park on April 24-27, 2025 and in restaurants around the city! Music City Food & Wine Festival will bring together several of the city's favorite festivities into one massive weekend celebrating Nashville’s cuisine and culture. Expect to find culinary delights from local restaurants, lively chef and mixology competitions, a vendor market, sips from top wine and spirits brands, special dinners and entertaining brunches happening throughout the city.
Is mcfw a charity event?
YES! MCFW is committed to supporting our city’s charitable organizations and community partners. We aim to continue to support our city’s nonprofits while also providing opportunities for students, volunteers and hospitality industry professionals. Our nonprofit partners include:
