  • A Tour of Land & Sea, presented by Halls

    Monday November 10, 2025

    Embark on 'A Tour of Land & Sea' with Halls Chophouse and Halls Catch on Monday, November 10 at 6:30 pm. Skilled chefs Chris Von Egger and Morgan Lewis will guide guests through the specially curated six-course, wine-paired dinner, celebrating the best of surf and turf - from caviar and crudo to wagyu and lamb - with wine pairings presented by Kaitlin Green, featuring selections from esteemed estates.

    Join us for an unforgettable evening as Chef Kristin Beringson of Henley + Rabbit Hole teams up with Chef David Andrews of D’Andrews Bakery for an intimate 9-course dinner experience. On November 12 from 6–8pm at Henley, guests will enjoy a whimsical, expertly crafted tasting menu—both savory and sweet—that takes you on a culinary journey “down the rabbit hole.” This one-night-only collaboration brings together two of Nashville’s most imaginative chefs for a night of bold flavors, creative pairings, and delightful surprises.

    Join us for a special Supper Club: Music City Edition.

    The Southern Italy menu will reimagine classic Southern comfort food through the lens of Italian tradition — an evening where Nashville hospitality meets Mediterranean warmth.

    Enjoy an elevated four-course, family-style menu with curated pairings and chef-led conversations celebrating the artistry of Southern ingredients and Italian technique. Menu highlights include “Chicken & Dumplings” ravioli — house-made pasta filled with chicken, celery root, and thyme served in a rich, flavorful broth — and buttermilk-brined porchetta, a rolled pork belly with garlic, fennel, smoked paprika, and mustard jus.

    The evening begins with a welcome cocktail at 6PM, followed by dinner service at 6:30PM.

    Gather at 1 Kitchen for Autumn's Supper That Sustains Us, a celebration of Tennessee’s farms and the flavors that carry us from autumn’s glow into winter’s embrace. This five-course menu—available à la carte or as a chef’s tasting—honors the harvest with dishes rooted in comfort, connection, and the bounty of the season.
