Kick off the Music City Food & Wine Festival with a rooftop crawfish boil hosted by The Shack & The Skillet and Henley on Thursday, April 23 from 6–8 PM at the Aertson Hotel. Grab your friends, roll up your sleeves, and join us for a fun, music-filled kickoff to the festival. The Roux du Bayou Cajun Band will play live on the rooftop, bringing all the classic Cajun sounds to set the mood.

This laid-back Cajun celebration will feature a family-style crawfish boil served traditionally on butcher paper with corn, potatoes, and sausage — the way it's meant to be enjoyed. Your ticket includes a welcome pint from Bearded Iris, served in a keepsake glass to take home. G4 Tequila will be on site offering complimentary tastings, and the bar will pour additional beers and a festive Cajun Paloma for purchase.
